We offer our services 10kms from the centre of the CBD.

Currently we only provide our services in the suburbs within 10kms from the centre of the CBD. Please join our waiting list here if you are slightly outside this area. We will let you know once we add additional suburbs.

Please do keep all breakable items away from where our team members need to work. In the unlikely event we break something, we cover up to $500 in total for any and all loss incured.

Part of our terms is you rate your cleaner after every job with a smiley face, a neutral face or sad face. You can also leave comments which are read by the cleaner, the team leader and the business owners. We see and act on this immediately to resolve any issues you have with our service. We want you to be happy, everytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive immediate confirmation of your booking and an sms reminder 48 hours before your service is due. 

Our ‘Feedback Loop’ relies on you awarding your cleaner with a smiley face, neutral face or sad face immediately after their service to let us know your feedback. We action this immediately with pure intent to leave you happy with our service, every time.

We offer our home eco-friendly cleaning services anywhere within  10kms from Melbourne’s city centre.

We offer a premium home eco-friendly cleaning service using eco-friendly cleaning products you can see here.

A standard clean includes the kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms and toilet and you can add additional tasks to completely tailor your experience.

All eight eco-friendly cleaning products we use have been lovingly formulated by an organic chemist. Our products are safe for you, your family, your pets and the planet.

Yes, we have public liability cover to $20M.

The fee for our eco-friendly cleaning service is displayed on our booking form. When you add additional tasks, you can see what the additional fee for those tasks are. The final fee for our service is based on how you tailor your service.

We accept debit and cards only. 

A pre-authorisation will be made on your card 24 hours prior to the service but will not be debited until hours after your service has been delivered.

Part of our Terms of Service is that we ask you to rate your cleaner after every single service. This gives us immediate feedback and easy to digest visibility over our entire business, live. This means we can respond urgently if there are any issues that arise.

Our ‘Feedback Loop’ starts with you awarding your cleaner a happy face, neutral face or sad face. You can also write comments for the cleaner, their team leader and the business owners to see. Anything but a perfect score will have us either contact you immediately to discuss (if required) or, if it’s less serious, we will take your feedback onboard and resolve the matter during the next service.
